Shipping Information

We ship orders throughout the United States and Canada. We ask that you give accurate street adress at the checkout process. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order is placed, it generally takes 24 to 48 hours to be processed. If your complete order is in stock, it will ship via UPS Ground (unless a quicker shipping method is selected) once your order is processed. If there are any items that are not in stock, your order will ship within 2-3 weeks.

The majority of our high end modern door hardware comes from Germany. Therefore, while we do our very best to ship your orders as quick as possible, we do not guarantee the lead times due to shipping delays from our manufacturer that we cannot control. Please feel free to contact us (1-866-678-2618) with any questions regarding the availability of your order.

StainlessDoorHardware.com does everything in its power to make sure your order is processed correctly. 
We also use extra packing materials to ensure that your packaging arrives to you safely and in pristine condition.

Before Signing for Any Order From UPS

We ask our customers to please do a visual inspection of all packaging for damages before you sign for anything.  If there are visible signs of damage, refuse and/or do not accept the package and immediately call 1-(866)-678-2618 StainlessDoorHardware.com Toll Free.

StainlessDoorHardware.com will accept no responsibility for damaged goods once you sign for delivery, but will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier.

If any defects in a product are found after signing for delivery (and is not due to mishandling by carrier or consumer) you must contact Customer Service within 48hrs of delivery to handle all claims.

If it is found that a product is flawed do to manufacturing (which product will be inspected upon return), we will work with our customers in every aspect to resolve the problem.

Cancellations

We will cancel any order within 24 hours of the order placement as long it has not already been shipped.
Please send us an email at sales@stainlessdoorhardware.com or call us at 1-(866)-678-2618. Please give us your order number and tell us why the order is being cancelled. Any BACK ORDERED, CUSTOM, or SPECIAL ordered items cannot be cancalled after 3 business days of the original order date.

StainlessDoorHardware.com does not take financial responsibility for delays in shipping weather it is shipped via ground, air, or delays from the manufacturer. We highly recommend to our customers not to schedule any installation jobs of products ordered until your order arrives at your door step.
