RETURN POLICY

We at StainlessDoorHardware.com will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your online shopping experience with us. We are committed to provide excellent customer service and assist you with your purchase. We understand that there are times when you would like to return or exchange our stainless steel door hardware that does not fit your requirements or needs. By permitting you to exchange or return these items, we allow for total customer satisfaction. However to make the exchange or return process as easy as possible for both parties, we ask that you follow a few simple procedures.

Be Aware

  • Any stainless steel hardware products that were special order items are not returnable and are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a manufacturer defect or flaw to the merchandise.
  • Any stainless steel hardware order that has already been processed (meaning you paid in full and received confirmation # for the products you have ordered) may not be canceled. Please see cancellation policy.

Reason Why.

Although there is no guarantee; StainlessDoorHardware.com typically ships stock warehouse items within 24hrs on purchase confirmation.

Returned or exchanged product must be in resalable condition.

    If in any circumstance a product has been found to have been used, miss installed, or damaged in any way (except for defective items), StainlessDoorHardware.com may decline any and all refunds, but item may be returned to customer at Shipping cost. This includes stainless steel handles, levers, doorknobs, pulls, hinges, house numbers, bathroom signs, and other stainless steel decorative hardware.

StainlessDoorHardware.com warehouse has final say on all return items.

  • All returned stainless steel hardware are return only and not exchange items and were not deemed a manufacture flaw, will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis, but the same return procedures must be followed.

Procedure for Returns:

  • To make a return on any purchase from our website you must first receive an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization). You may receive this number by either emailing us or by calling customer service at 1-(866)-529-5679. Note: all claims for returns must be placed within 30 days of original purchase (date of confirmation number).
  • Note: Product returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving an RGA#
  • The product must be sent back in original condition in original package.
  • After receiving an RGA #, the product must be shipped back to StainlessDoorHardware.com's warehouse. (Please note that we take every precaution to make sure that your product arrives to you in pristine condition. We expect the same respect when shipping back to us).
  • Once we have received the returned item in our warehouse a visual inspection will be made on the product. If it is deemed resalable, a refund will be issued minus the restocking fee of 20% and the original shipping cost (the 20% does not apply to exchange items).

If, in error, the wrong stainless steel decorative hardware product was shipped to you, or if you received a damaged or defective stainless steel hardware product, we will ship out a replacement product once the damaged, defective, or wrong product has been returned and we will pay the shipping cost.

We will take every step necessary to prevent any problems with your stainless steel hardware product orders. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we believe that you will be pleased with all of our stainless steel modern handles and hardware. CANCELLATION POLICY

We will cancel any order within 24 hours of the order placement as long it has not already been shipped.

Please send us an email at sales@stainlessdoorhardware.com or call us at 1-(866)-678-2618. Please give us your order number and tell us why the order is being cancelled. Any BACK ORDERED, CUSTOM, or SPECIAL ordered items cannot be cancelled after 3 business days of the original order date.

StainlessDoorHardware.com does not take financial responsibility for delays in shipping weather it is shipped via ground, air, or delays from the manufacturer. We highly recommend to our customers not to schedule any installation jobs of products ordered until your order arrives at your door step.
